What you can do to help?

So you like the concept of Solgames and want to help, but you don’t know what you can do. Here is a list of some ways you can help us.

1. Donate your old or unused working computers. We take all computers, weather they are in working order or not. If they are less than a 1.0 ghz or older than that, we will take them apart to teach kids about what the different parts look like inside. We also use them for art work. We take the parts and arrange them onto canvas, and give these art pieces out charities to be used in their fundraising auctions.



2. Donate any old computer parts. We are always looking for mice, keyboards, speakers, monitors and printers. There are many times when a computer comes in with parts removed. So parts are always used sooner or later in another machine.



3. Pass the word on to others that you know. Let friends and family know that we are here and would be happy to take their old computers off their hands. If you happen to know of a gamer, weather young or old, we would love to have them join us. We try to take out time to game at least onces a month.



4. Your financial support is always welcome. Although we have a number of computers and computer parts donated to us, there are still some things we need to buy. Your financial support will go towards things like, buying new memory, new power supplies, or even a replacement hard drive. We are working to obtain a 501(c)(3) tax status to allow future donations to be tax deductible. When we receive a tax exemption status we can then receive donations for things like marketing pieces and insurance.



5. Donate your time by volunteering. You can meet new friends, learn about social issues, and interact with people who share your passions and interests. SolgamesUSA offers a variety of opportunities for you to share your time, talent, and energy.
